10 MAIO I UNIVERSIDADE CATÓLICA PORTUGUESA // 11 MAIO I FACULDADE DE BELAS-ARTES UNIVERSIDADE LISBOA
Org. by Tomás Maia and Paulo Pires do Vale (CIEBA and CITER)
(with translation into Portuguese)
This colloquium is traced in a dynamic of general relation between art and religion and succeeds to a first one already realized under the sign of the "persistence of the work", which the theme was "art and politics". In fact, the two colloquiums try to draw what can be called the modern crossroads of art, posing the challenges of a dialogue between the three ways involved: art, religion and politics.
